Service Description

Repair and relieve troubled areas with direct attention using manual pressure trigger point massage to relieve localized pain and discomfort. In combination with soothing full-body deep tissue work this helps to release tense muscles and chronic pain of tension in the body. Slower massage with deep strokes, and more specific direct pressure or friction are utilized to affect the underlying muscles and fascia, the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints.
